High Solids Clear
High Solids Clear is an easy to use, premium quality, high solids two-pack acrylic clearcoat specifically formulated to give optimum gloss and durability.
It is designed to be used over DELTRON® GRS basecoat and ENVIROBASE® High Performance waterborne basecoat.
Matt & Semi-Gloss Clearcoats
D8115 Matt Clearcoat and D8117 Semi-Gloss Clearcoat can be used alone or mixed together to achieve a wide range of final gloss levels, providing an easy to use and flexible solution to match any matt OEM finish. For example, D8115 can be used to repair the full matt finish or mixed with D8117 to achieve a full range of low gloss OEM finishes.
Ceramiclear
Ceramiclear scratch and mark resistant clearcoat is optimised for use over ENVIROBASE® High Performance waterborne basecoat.
Through the use of patented nanoparticle-technology, D8122 Ceramiclear scratch and mark resistant clearcoat has been optimised to achieve a balance of ease of use and scratch resistance without compromising on fade out and polishing characteristics.
UHS Clearcoat
UHS Clearcoat is not sensitive to different equipment or application methods. It can be used for all types of repair, whether a few panels or a total respray, with a 60 minutes workable pot life.
With characteristics like this, D8131 is the most easy to use and versatile clearcoat. A fast and easy repair with no rework and a high quality finish ensure the bodyshop remains profitable.

Rapid GREYMATIC HS Surfacer
Easy to apply and sand, these Rapid Greymatic HS Surfacers offer excellent film build, surface levelling and gloss holdout over a wide range of substrates, including original paintwork, bare steel, polyester body fillers and suitable adhesion primers.
Kondar 1K Primer
Fast air-drying, easy to sand and gives good film build in a minimal number of coats. Suitable for use under sealers and both 2K and 1K topcoat finishes.
Plastics Adhesion Promotor
Plastics Adhesion Promotor is for use on a wide range of plastic substrates. A ready for use, transparent formula. ecommended to apply a 2k primer on top of before topcoating.
Chromate Free 2K Epoxy Surfacer
Chromate Free 2K Epoxy Surfacer is a versatile 2K epoxy surfacer giving excellent adhesion to a wide range of substrates. Ideally it is used as a wet-on-wet or non-sand surfacer. It is also an excellent sealer for use over TPA finishes.
DELTRON DP4000 2K Primer
DELTRON DP4000 2K Primer is the most productive primer system on the market.
It is the only primer to remove the need for sanding, both in preparation before undercoating and sanding after undercoating. Its innovative technology delivers outstanding flow, which results in excellent appearance and hold out of the topcoat when the job is complete.
DP4000 is offered in the Greymatic System; available in three grey shades, and providing the opportunity to mix a further range of greys to find the most suitable to optimise each topcoat colour.
DELTRON DP5000 2K Primer
The PPG brand has developed the DELTRON DP5000 2K Primer a fast drying primer that combines process speed and ease of application with excellent sanding properties. It has a quick and user friendly application and can be left to air dry overnight in temperatures less than 20 degrees; improving Bodyshop efficiency without compromising on quality of the final finish.
DP5000 is offered in the Greymatic System; available in three grey shades, and providing the opportunity to mix a further range of greys to find the most suitable to optimise each topcoat colour.

IVIPLAST 66 - FLEXIBLE POLYEST
Iviplast 66 is a fine, flexible 2 component polyester filler that offers excellent adhesion to both rigid and deformable plastics.
Like the substrates it is designed to repair, Iviplast 66 offers good resistance to the light impacts and stonechips that frequently damage the lower external bodywork and trim areas.
Galvaplast 77
Galvaplast 77 is a premium quality 2 component polyester filler that offers outstanding adhesion to any metal substrate - including 'difficult' surfaces such as galvanised or zinc-coated steel, stainless, aluminium and fibreglass. Offering smooth application, fast drying and easy sanding, Galvaplast 77 is particularly versatile and easy to use.
Polyester Stopper
P.E. Stopper is a conventional 2 component polyester filler that offers quick drying and easy clog-free sanding.
P.E. Stopper is suitable for use over bare steel, fibreglass, GRP and other primed or painted surfaces.
Multi Purpose Stopper
Multi Purpose Stopper is a quality stopper that offers outstanding adhesion to a wide variety of metallic substrates, including galvanised or zinc coated steel, properly prepared aluminium and fiberglass. This Stopper has outstanding ease of application and sanding properties.
Plasticiser
Deltron Plasticiser is an additive which imparts flexibility to UHS DG topcoat colours and UHS clears, to plasticise finishes over a flexible substrate.
Anti-static Agent for Plastics
Antistatic Agent for Plastics is a specially designed alcoholic blend of solvents formulated to treat plastic surfaces without damaging them. If sprayed on the plastic part and left to evaporate, D846 becomes an anti-static agent.
GRS Anti-silicone
Anti-silicone Additive is an ancillary product specially formulated to help eliminate cratering problems due to silicone or grease contamination.
Spot Blender and Fade out thinners
This new SPOT BLENDER has been developed using the most advanced technology applied in this segment to enhance the PPG paint system. It will provide bodyshops with a user friendly Spot Blender which also delivers a market leading final appearance.
Any overspray simply melts away easily over the repair edge and, with less haze on drying, less polishing is needed.
Together with a fast flash off, these benefits ensure an extremely easy and fast fade-out process and a high quality finish (without any trace of a repair edge).
The new Spot Blender is available in both a can and aerosol, for maximum flexibility whatever the size of the repair. Using a spraygun provides the optimum control but the Aerosol Spot Blender is immediately ready to use and removes wastage and the need to clean equipment.
WB Engine Bay Converter
Envirobase High Performance Internal Repair System is designed to provide a simple and efficient process for repairs involving a specific matt interior colours, or low gloss versions of the external colour. When T510 is used in an Envirobase® High Perfromance colour formulation, direct application to electrocoat produces a groundcoat colour to accurately reproduce the original finish on internal parts.
At the same time it provides a coloured wet on wet layer that can be topcoated to reproduce the original external finish, thereby removing the need for undercoating.
